Join us as we sit down with the diverse and dedicated ECOLE 360 team to learn more about what makes their centers so unique.
Kari at Macaroni KID Schaumburg: Thank you for joining us today! I loved being part of your Parent’s Seminar on April 9th!
Macaroni KID: Let’s turn the tables and ask you more about the incredible work you’re doing! Could you start by sharing a little bit about ECOLE 360’s mission and what makes your team stand out?
ECOLE 360 Team: Absolutely! Ecole 360’s mission is to nurture the whole child by creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment where children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively through meaningful experiences.
What really makes our team stand out is the heart we put into everything we do. We have passionate, on-site owners who are truly hands-on and care deeply about both quality and community. Our educators are experienced and nurturing, and they bring so much creativity and love into the classroom every day.
We take a 360 Approach, which means we focus not just on curriculum, but also on building strong relationships with families and supporting our teachers to be their best. Communication with parents is a big deal to us — we work hard to create real connections and keep everyone in the loop.
And most of all, we’ve built a culture centered on growth, wellness, and teamwork — because when our team thrives, our children do too.

Macaroni KID: Let’s dive into your centers. Each location has distinct qualities that families absolutely love. Could you tell us about your Arlington Heights center?
ECOLE 360 Team: Of course! Ecole 360 Arlington Heights is our newest gem — a thoughtfully designed, modern space that reflects our boutique, European-inspired approach to early childhood education. Families love the natural light, bright classrooms, and calm, home-like atmosphere that makes children feel safe, welcomed, and inspired to learn.
This center has so many great features families love! We’ve got brand-new classrooms that are thoughtfully set up for each age group, so every child has a space that’s just right for their stage of learning. There’s also a private outdoor playground that’s perfect for safe, active play and exploration. Plus, we're in a super convenient location with easy access and plenty of parking spaces, making drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze!
Macaroni KID: That sounds amazing! Now, the Palatine location holds a special connection for me personally—it’s where my daughter attended as an infant through age three. Could you share more about what makes the Palatine center unique?
ECOLE 360 Team: We love hearing about your connection to Palatine—it means the world to us! Palatine is our flagship location — the heart of our mission and the foundation of our 360 Approach. What truly sets this center apart is its expansive, natural outdoor play area that gives children the freedom to explore, imagine, and grow in an open-air environment designed just for them.
Inside, there’s this warm, home-like atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. A lot of our teachers have been with us for years, and families really trust them. There’s also a really strong sense of community here — it’s not just a school; it’s like a second family.
Macaroni KID: And finally, let’s talk about your Schaumburg center. What makes it a standout location for families in the area?
ECOLE 360 Team: Our Schaumburg center is such a fun and lively place — and one of the things families love most is the huge indoor playground! It’s perfect for year-round play and helps kids stay active and engaged, no matter what the weather’s like outside.
What makes Schaumburg stand out? We’ve got a spacious, modern setup with bright classrooms that feel warm and welcoming. The indoor playground is a total hit — it encourages movement, creativity, and social play. Plus, our team is made up of caring, passionate educators who truly celebrate every child’s unique personality.

Macaroni KID: I love each of the location's unique qualities, and I understand there are some amazing features that are consistent across all your centers. Could you tell us about those?
ECOLE 360 Team: Of course! At Ecole 360, we’re doing things a little differently — we’re redefining early childhood education with a boutique, European-inspired vibe that families really connect with.

Macaroni KID: Could you share more about your programs? My daughter had a blast at the Summer Camp sessions — the water play and exploration seemed so fun! I also really enjoyed attending all the family events. What other programs do you offer?
ECOLE 360 Team: Absolutely — we’d love to tell you more! At Ecole 360, we offer both full-time and part-time child care programs for kids from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our age groups include:
- Infants (6 weeks–15 months)
- Toddlers (15 months–2 years)
- Discovery Preschool (Twos)
- Preschool (3–4 years)
- Pre-K (4–5 years)
Each program is built to meet your child where they are — with hands-on learning, lots of nurturing support, and a fun, engaging environment.
This year, we also launched something new: FlexiCare! It’s a flexible drop-off option that’s perfect for families without a regular schedule but still want high-quality care when they need it.
And just like your daughter, so many of our kiddos love Summer Camp! It’s full-day and packed with weekly themes, water play, hands-on fun, field trips, and special events — a total hit every year!
